This intensely fragrant pastel blend is gentle on the eye but a delight to your senses. These hardy hyacinth bulbs make a fantastic spring display in formal beds and dotted throughout borders. Save a few to pot-up into containers for a bright windowsill indoors! Height: 25cm (10"). Spread: 8cm (3"). Bulb size 14/15cm.
Caution: irritant to skin and eyes, harmful if eaten. For outdoor displays, plant hyacinth bulbs in October and November, with the pointed end facing upwards, at a depth of approximately 10cm (4"). Choose a sunny or semi shaded position in moist, free draining soil.
For an attractive indoor display, plant Hyacinths in containers of bulb fibre or potting compost with the tip of the bulb just visible above the soil surface. Position them in a cool garage or other well ventilated, dark position at a maximum temperature of 7°C for around 6 weeks. Only water bulbs when necessary to keep the compost moist. When the growing shoots reach a height of 3cm (1") move the containers to a cool bright position indoors.

Disapponted with this selection as all 12 bulbs have bloomed into a mid pink colour - neither pastel nor a blend of different colours!
