Pot up plug plants into 9cm pots and grow them on in frost free conditions. When plugs are fully rooted into their pots, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days and transplant into beds and patio containers. Plant Asters in well drained soil in full sun.

Feed and water frequently throughout the summer to ensure an endless supply of flowers. Deadhead faded begonia flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.
