We will do our best to ship your plants or bulbs to you at the ideal time for planting as stated against each product. We recommend that you prepare your soil, planting beds or patio containers ahead of time so you are ready to plant out, or pot on, just as soon as your order arrives. You will find the name of the variety printed on the top line of the address label on your package. Please ensure that you open the packaging immediately and carefully read through the instruction leaflet provided. For greatest success, please pot on or plant out as soon as possible, following the cultural instructions enclosed with your order.

I ordered the pack on the strength of the winter bedding pack. All the plants grew away strongly and all have performed well. The standouts being the lobelia, petunia and snapdragons. Lovely colour mix and vigorous plants. I am now a real convert to bedding begonias. They started flowering first, and have performed fantastically in a poor spot under a tree. Very good value, thank you.

The plants have just arrived at 1.15 pm on the 6th May. The date on the package is 29th April, so it looks as though they have been in the post for nearly a week, and the condition of some of the plants reflects this. Mind you it is hardly surprising that they have been in the post so long if posted over a bank holiday weekend. Two major problems are that the geraniums have really suffered very badly. and are like mush. Also the Stocks A6 have been totally missed off the order (It looks as though another lot of begonias have been sent in their place, but there is no explanation for this accompanying the plants). I have tried to contact you by telephone, but despite holding on and listening to a looped recorded message for four cycles, I have not been able to speak to anybody. Hence I have resorted to sending this message.
