Pot up and grow jasmine plants on in warm frost-free conditions until large enough to plant outside in their final positions. Plant Jasminum beesianum in borders in fertile, moist, well drained soil, although they will tolerate dry conditions. Position in a sunny site that is protected from cold winds in winter; a sunny site will produce the best fragrance. Be sure to provide the twining stems with an appropriate support such as trellis or wires attached to fences and pergolas.
Feed and water jasmine plants regularly throughout the growing season. Prune Jasminum beesianum after flowering, by removing the oldest stems and reducing the remaining stems to restrict their vigorous growth to the available space.
