Clematis urophylla 'Winter Beauty'(Clematis anshunensis, Clematis clarkeana, Old Man's Beard) Evergreen and winter flowering; Clematis Winter Beauty is a must have climber for covering sheltered walls and fences, or a cool conservatory. This stunning clematis bears waxy bell shaped, creamy-white flowers from December to February that fade to pure white as winter passes and sparkle against the lush green foliage until spring. Clematis cirrhosa 'Jingle Bells'Old Man's Beard Sweetly scented bell-shaped flowers appear in the winter when few other plants are in bloom. The blooms are followed by attractive seedheads which contrast nicely with the evergreen foliage.
