An amazing Agapanthus which produces extra large flower heads, up to 25cm (10") in diameter! With lots of beautiful lavender-coloured blooms per head, Agapanthus 'Lavender Haze' looks superb grouped in borders or grown in patio containers. The evergreen, strap-shaped leaves form dense clumps which quickly fill borders before the display of flowers in late summer. Excellent for a sunny sheltered spot, African lilies lend an exotic feel to the garden and are excellent for Mediterranean planting schemes. Height: 1m (39"). Spread: 50cm (19").

Plant Agapanthus in a sunny position in moist, well drained soil. Water well to settle the soil. Alternatively, grow Agapanthus in containers using soil based compost such as John Innes No.3 and position in full sun.

Feed and water regularly throughout the growing season. Leave faded Agapanthus flower stems intact to enjoy their architectural qualities until they become blackened by frost. Border grown plants will benefit from the winter protection of an autumn mulch of well rotted manure or garden compost. Container grown Agapanthus plants can be moved to a frost free position over winter.

Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on.
