Giant Fragrant Cowslip

Primula florindae (Tibetan Cowslip)

It's rather like an allium or a yellow agapanthus with its tall umbels of banana yellow blooms, this giant variety of cowslip makes a bright display, especially in shadier, damp areas of the garden, from July to September. With a subtle aroma of nutmeg they're a useful cut flower plant for an indoor vase. Ht. 90cm. Supplied in 5cm pots. More info

Hosta Collection

Three superb specimens offering a delightful range of foliage shapes, sizes flowers and colours. These RHS AGM award winning perennials are shade tolerant, perfectly resilient and made wonderful displays in any garden bed or container. Once established, they can be divided for larger displays or even share with your friends. The collection contains:
  • Hosta 'Blue Angel' which creates a wonderfully large tiered mound of heavily textured blue leaves that can be as wide as 45cm (18") in diameter. Perfect for shady areas of the garden including the base of small trees or shrubs.
  • Hosta 'Francee' an easy to grow favourite that is both sun and shade tolerant, Hosta 'Francee' displays dark green leaves with a clear white border. Exhibiting large, lavender coloured flowers in summer, this versatile hosta can grow into a clump up to 60cm (24") tall and 90cm (36") wide.
  • Hosta 'Wide Brim' features delightfully puckered, heart shaped, deep green foliage with sharply contrasting yellow edging. Producing clusters of showy lavender blooms on tall spikes, this sesational hosta is a must have plant for any garden display.
