The white spidery flowers have a fragrance so heady that it will stop you in your tracks. The sweet, honey scented winter blooms are followed by glossy black berries. This exceptional dwarf evergreen shrub is so versatile it will grow in almost any soil or situation - even those impossible dry shaded spots! A wonderful compact plant for woodland ground cover, or low informal hedges. You can even cut a few stems for a vase indoors! Grows to 60cm (24"). Supplied in 9cm pot.

Choose a shaded position in any free draining soil. Christmas box will tolerate full sun provided that the soil remains moist. Plant the shrub at the same depth as it was in its pot. Firm the soil around the rootball and water well.

Feed and water regularly throughout the growing season while young shrubs become established. Once established, Sarcococca will require little attention. Pruning is not required other than to shape the plant if required.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above.
