Phoenix Palm Phoenix canariensis (Canary Island Date Palm) For instant impact on your patio and a touch of the exotic, try the Canary Island date palm, winner of an RHS Award of Garden Merit. Architectural, broadly arching leaves consisting of many leaflets are borne gracefully from a stout columnar trunk. Phoenix canariensis is ideal for conservatories and perfect in patio containers which can be moved to a frost-free position over winter. Clematis repens 'Summer Beauty' A rarely seen evergreen clematis, producing multitudes of nodding, waxy yellow blooms throughout summer.
