Heuchera 'Obsidian'

Pot up Heuchera bareroots at the earliest opportunity following delivery. Plant them so that the crown of the plant is just a few cm below soil level and grow on in a cool frost free position. When plants are fully rooted into their pots, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days and transplant into borders and patio containers. Heuchera plants dislike soils which are particularly dry or have a tendency to waterlogging. Plant them in a moist, well drained soil, adding compost or well rotted manure to amend heavy clay or sandy soils. Choose a position towards the front of the border in full sun or semi shade.

Feed, water and weed between plants regularly until they are fully established. Apply mulch of well rotted manure around the crown of each plant in autumn or spring. Lift and divide clumps of Heuchera every 3 years in autumn to maintain vigorous, healthy growth.

Where an order includes both packets of seeds and other products, a maximum delivery charge of £7.99 will apply - regardless of the number of items ordered.
