Herbaceous Border Plants

The herbaceous border is a classic feature of English gardens and is a great way to achieve a cottage garden feel. Herbaceous plants die back in the winter and become dormant, before resuming growth in the spring. Our extensive range of herbaceous perennial plants offers excellent value for money, whether you’re looking for something tall and airy, wildlife-friendly or highly fragrant. Read our article on how to plant and grow perennial plants for more information.

Giant Fragrant Cowslip

Primula florindae (Tibetan Cowslip)

With a subtle aroma of nutmeg they're a useful cut flower plant for an indoor vase. Ht. 90cm. Supplied in 5cm pots. More info
