How to Grow
Jasmine - Officinale
- Jasmine can be planted in containers or borders, in any moist, well drained soil and will even tolerate dry conditions.
- Position in a sunny site that is protected from cold winds in winter.
- Be sure to provide the twining stems with an appropriate support such as trellis or wires attached to fences and pergolas.
- Aftercare
- Feed and water regularly throughout the growing season.
- Prune out the oldest stems, and reduce the remaining stems to restrict their vigorous growth to the available space in autumn.
