A burst of colour throughout summer from this lovely dwarf variety. Easy to grow, Aster Starlight will produce a mass of feathery blooms on compact stems which are excellent for adding colour to your beds and summer containers. Height: 30cm (12”). Supplied as plug plants.
How to Grow
Aster - Starlight
- Pot up plug plants into 9cm pots and grow them on in frost free conditions.
- When plugs are fully rooted into their pots, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days and transplant into beds and patio containers.
- Plant Asters in well drained soil in full sun.
- Aftercare.
- Feed and water frequently throughout the summer to ensure an endless supply of flowers.
- Deadhead faded begonia flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.
