Special Features: Highly Scented

Flowers: June, July, August

Incredible Tree Lilies® that produce huge stems topped with masses of fragrant, trumpet shaped blooms. Over the years many offshoots are produced from a single hardy bulb, and they take on a shrub-like appearance reaching 2m (6’ 6”) tall. Fantastic in borders and large patio containers. Bulb Size: 18/20cm circumference.

Collection comprises:

  • Tree Lily® Manisa - Satin pale yellow petals with an egg yolk colour centre.
  • Tree Lily® Nymph - Shimmering yellow petals with a wine red streak give this variety a really exotic feel.
  • Tree Lily® Sartre - Rose pink freckled petals with bright red stamens.

How to Grow
Tree Lily® Collection

Lily bulbs should be planted at a depth of 15 – 20cm (6-8”) in borders and large pots.
When growing tree liliy bulbs, choose a sunny, sheltered position in moist, free draining soil.
Feed regularly.
Tree Lilies® must be kept moist (but not waterlogged) at all times.
Aftercare
After flowering, allow the stems to completely die back before removing them in late autumn.
When cutting stems for indoors ensure that at least a third of the stem is left intact for the remainder of the growing season as this will help to feed the bulb for next year.
Divide and repot container grown lilies into fresh compost every other year.
