Two-toned yellow flowers with an attractive pink blush are produced all summer long, and well into autumn. The cascading habit of this exciting new variety is particularly compact, making it well suited for growing in flower pouches. Height and spread: 30cm (12"). Supplied as 40mm plugs.
How to Grow
Begonia - Sherbet Bon Bon
- Plug plants are ideal for planting directly into flower pouches, or grow them on in pots of moist well drained compost for transplanting into baskets and containers later on.
- Grow on in a warm, frost free position.
- Transplant into final containers and hanging baskets when plants are well grown.
- Aftercare.
- When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise containers of begonias to outdoor conditions over a 7 to 10 day period.
- Choose a sunny or semi shaded site for their final position.
- Feed and water plants frequently.
- Deadhead faded begonia flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced throughout the summer.
