This wonderful collection of evergreen shrubs will certainly perk up your garden throughout the winter months! Providing permanent structure all year round, and a colourful show of spring flowers, these easy, low-maintenance shrubs are an essential addition to borders and patio containers. Supplied as plug plants.

Collection comprises:
Choisya ternata 'Sundance' – an RHS AGM variety with glossy, evergreen, bright yellow leaves, above which fragrant white flowers are borne in late spring, and again in late summer and autumn. Height and spread: 2.5m (8').
Euonymus fortunei 'Emerald Gaiety' - an RHS AGM variety with leathery green leaves, with white margins. Forming a dense compact shrub, it can even be trained to climb a wall or fence. Height: 1m (3'). Spread: 1.5m (5’).
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) – a compact shrub with linear, aromatic leaves and clusters of lilac-blue flowers in April and May. A delicious culinary herb for the garden. Height and spread: 150cm (59").
Escallonia 'Apple Blossom' - an RHS AGM variety with delicately scented pink flowers all summer long, which are attractive to bees. A robust evergreen shrub with small glossy leaves. Height and spread: 2m (6.5').
Ceanothus thyrsiflorus var. repens - an RHS AGM variety producing a profusion of fluffy, lilac-blue flowers in late spring and early summer on low, spreading growth. Excellent for groundcover. Height: 1m (3'). Spread: 2.5m (8').
Pyracantha 'Orange Glow' – a strong-growing, upright shrub with clusters of white flowers in May followed by an abundance of deep orange berries in autumn. Height and spread: 2.5m (8').

Pot up evergreen shrub plants and grow them on in cool frost-free conditions until large enough to plant outside in their final positions. When plants are well grown, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days before transplanting into borders. Alternatively grow small evergreen shrubs in patio containers filled with loam-based compost such as John Innes No.3. For more specific growing instructions please refer to the individual product pages. Caution: All parts of Euonymus and the seeds of Pyracantha are harmful if eaten.

Water regularly throughout the growing season until plants are well established. Apply a mulch of well rotted manure or compost around the base of the plant in spring. Please refer to individual product pages for more specific aftercare advice, including pruning.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.
