Aralia cordata 'Sun King'

A spectacular hardy herbaceous perennial with stunning bright gold spring foliage that appears to glow as dusk falls. By summer the leaves of Aralia cordata 'Sun King' will turn an amazing shade of citrus green, and tall spikes bearing large racemes of white flowers tower above the foliage. As the flowers fade, this superb plant produces purple-black berries that extend the season of interest. Acca sellowiana

(Pineapple Guava, Feijoa)

An exotic, evergreen shrub hailing from South America; Pineapple Guava produces pretty red and white flowers with striking red stamens, followed by edible green fruits in long hot summers or under glass. This shrub is extremely drought and salt tolerant, making it ideal for coastal gardens and dry soils. An unusual evergreen shrub native to Western Australia and similar in appearance to a Hibiscus. The silky, trumpet-shaped blooms in luminous shades of lilac-blue are borne on upright stems throughout summer and early autumn. Alyogyne huegelii 'Blue Hibsicus' will benefit from some winter protection so is best grown in a conservatory or large patio container which can be moved to a frost-free location. Oleander 'Hardy Pink'
