This amazing air plant, Tillandsia brachycaulos x abdita, remains evergreen for year-round interest and is really easy to grow. Because it doesn’t require soil, it can be displayed in a wide range of ways, including terrariums, vases or slotted into notches in ornamental branches. Height: 40cm (16”). Spread: 30cm (12”).

These Tillandsia are epiphytic plants which do not require compost to grow. They can be wired or glued onto a suitable support such as wood or an attractive shell. Position airplants in bright, filtered light with good air circulation, at a minimum temperature of 5C (41F).Water frequently from spring to autumn by immersing the entire plant in rainwater or misting thoroughly. Allow the plant to completely drain and dry after each watering. Feed monthly by adding a small amount of bromeliad fertiliser to misting water.Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.
