Add some tropical splendour to your home with the exotic looks of these showy Bromeliads. The bright blooms erupt from the centre of its arching, glossy foliage, and last for up to 6 months - that’s unbeatable flower power! Bromeliads are surprisingly undemanding. A warm, bright position will suit them nicely and they will soon begin to produce new ‘pups’ from the base of the plant. Before you know it, you will be giving away baby Bromeliads to all your friends and family! Height: 45cm (18"). Spread: 30cm (12").

Please note: Some houseplants are toxic or harmful to pets if ingested. If you believe your pet has consumed a poisonous plant then seek veterinary attention immediately. Take a sample of the plant with you.

Bromeliads enjoy a warm, bright room with good humidity and a minimum temperature of 15C (60F). Position them in good light away from the direct glare of the sun.
Water frequently to maintain evenly moist compost. Reduce watering during the winter months, but do not allow the compost to dry out completely. House plants should be fed regularly between March and September when they are in active growth. Bromeliads will benefit from regular misting to increase humidity.
