The short stems and compact growing habit of these fantastic patio buddlejas make them perfect for growing in patio containers and small gardens. These dwarf butterfly bushes produce masses of fragrant, dense flower spikes that will attract clouds of butterflies to your garden. The Buddleja Buzz™ series are hardy and easy to grow in almost any situation. Height and spread: 120cm (48"). Supplied as 5cm plug plants.

Pot up Buddleja plugs and grow them on in bright, frost free conditions until they are well grown and fully rooted into their pots. Gradually acclimatise butterfly bushes to outdoor conditions over 7-10 days before planting out in sunny borders in any moist, well drained soil.

Feed and water buddleja plants until they are well established. Once established, Buddleja requires little attention throughout the growing season and is reasonably tolerant of dry soil. In spring, prune all buddleja stems back to 3 or 4 buds from the previous year’s growth and apply a mulch of well rotted manure or compost around the base of the plant.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.

Orders for packets of seed incur a delivery charge of £2.99.

Orders which include any other products will incur a delivery charge of £6.99.

Where an order includes both packets of seeds and other products, a maximum delivery charge of £7.99 will apply - regardless of the number of items ordered.
