These exotic looking Cannas are perfect for adding a tropical theme to planting schemes. Grow them in damp, sunny borders or patio pots for a spectacular ‘wow factor’ in the garden! Large, broad leaves, with dramatic colour combinations, form a bold clump which creates that tropical feel - even before the flowers appear! These magnificent half-hardy perennials are easy to grow. Be sure to lift them before the first frosts. They can be stored until the following year for another phenomenal display. Height: 150cm (60"). Spread: 50cm (20").

  • Canna ‘Tropicanna’ - Spectacular orange blooms and beautiful foliage striped with yellow and green.
  • Canna 'Tropicanna Gold' - Luxuriant large leaves streaked with gold make a magnificent feature even before the flowers appear.
  • Canna ‘Tropicanna Black’ - Dramatic black foliage make a startling contrast with the tall, scarlet red blooms.

Grow Canna plants in frost free conditions until all risk of frost has passed. In spring, Canna plants can be gradually acclimatised to outdoor conditions over 7-10 days before planting them in borders, beds and containers. Grow Cannas in fertile, moist,
Feed and water Canna plants freely throughout the summer. Faded Canna flowers should be deadheaded to promote more flowers. In late autumn, when the first frosts blacken the foliage, the rhizomes should be lifted and stored in barely moist peat, in frost
