One of the hottest chillies in the world
Exceeds 1 million SHU
The perfect plant for Chilli Bravados!
Out Of Stock
If you are brave enough to try a chilli which breaks the Scoville Scale, then look no further than Chilli Pepper ‘Yellow Reaper.’ These innocent-looking yellow, lantern-shaped, knobbly fruits have a curled scorpion tail to warn you that they exceed 1,000000 SHU making them one of the very hottest chillies in the world. Like other Reaper chillies, the extreme heat is followed by a fruity, citrus after taste. A cross between the Ghost Pepper and Golden Habanero, Chilli ‘Yellow Reaper’ is ideal for Chilli bravados who enjoy a blazing inferno although we recommend having a fire extinguisher nearby! Height: 75cm (30”). Spread: 50cm (20”).
Take care when handling these chillies. Always wear gloves and never touch your eyes without washing your hands first.

Chilli peppers may be grown undercover in a greenhouse or polytunnel, or grown outdoors in a sheltered position in full sun. Pot up young plants and grow them on in warm frost free conditions. When plants are well grown transplant them into grow bags and containers, or plant them in well prepared beds of fertile, well drained soil. When growing chilli peppers outdoors, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days prior to transplanting them. Space pepper plants at a distance of 50cm (20") apart.
