Position this handsome Coffee plant near to your espresso machine to create a fabulous talking point! The dark, glossy foliage makes this a fine house plant for a warm, bright room. Where growing conditions are particularly good, Coffea arabica will sometimes produce sweetly scented white flowers, followed by little fruits. A lovely foliage plant that creates a lush, leafy backdrop for your other house plants, if grown as part of a grouped display. Height: 120cm (48"). Spread: 100cm (39").

Please note: Some houseplants are toxic or harmful to pets if ingested. If you believe your pet has consumed a poisonous plant then seek veterinary attention immediately. Take a sample of the plant with you.

Water Coffea regularly, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between each watering. House plants should be fed regularly between March and September when they are in active growth. Coffee plants appreciate a humid atmosphere - stand plants on a tray filled with pebbles and water. As the water evaporates it will increase humidity around the plant. Misting the foliage daily with a fine spray will also help to improve humidity.
Position Coffea plants in a warm room away from cold draughts and radiators, with a constant temperature above 16C (60F). Coffee plants prefer a bright, but lightly shaded spot, away from the direct glare of the sun.
