Specially bred for their fragrance, they’ll perfume patio pots and window boxes with their dainty, crisply fashioned flowers in a range of pinks, burgundy, white and bicolours. Repeat flowering all summer, you’ll have plenty of extra blooms for button-holes, posies and vases. Height: 20cm (8in). Spread: 30cm (12in).

Plant Dianthus in beds and borders in fertile, well drained soil in full sun.

Feed and water Dianthus plants regularly until they are fully established. Deadhead faded faded flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced throughout the summer.
