No herbaceous border is complete without a few Cranebills! These hardy Geraniums are perfect for forming loose clumps at the front of borders, where they mingle happily with other perennials. The finely cut foliage and pretty summer blooms provide plenty of interest. This collection brings together 3 eye-catching, double flowered varieties that make a particularly showy display. Height and spread: 60cm (24").

  • Collection comprises:
  • Geranium pratense 'Azure Skies' - Clumps of exquisitely finely cut foliage make a lovely backdrop for the sky-blue flowers.
  • Geranium pratense var. pratense f. albiflorum 'Laura' - Long lasting, weather resistant, double white flowers are produced from June onwards on upright, downy stems.
  • Geranium pratense ‘Summer Skies’ - The double blooms of Geranium pratense ‘Summer Skies’ may look delicate but this hardy herbaceous perennial is tough and undemanding.

6 geranium jumbo plug plants (2 of each variety) (KB6145)

Pot up plug plants and grow them on in a bright, frost-free location. When plants are well grown, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions before planing outside in their final position. Plant hardy geraniums in any well drained soil, in sun or shade. Water well to settle the soil around the roots.
Water hardy geranium plants regularly throughout summer until fully established. Remove old foliage and faded flower stems throughout the growing season to promote continuous production of fresh growth. Lift and divide overcrowded clumps of hardy geraniums in spring to maintain their vigour.
