Bred as cut flowers, the Landscape Series took the garden industry by storm when they were first introduced as single-flowered cultivars. Now these sensational double-flowered varieties are set to do the same! Available in a bright trio of colours, these half-hardy Gerberas will brighten up patio pots all summer. Their huge blooms make an eye-catching display above a bushy clump of dark foliage. Although generally grown as annuals, they can be over-wintered in the greenhouse for another display in the following year! Height:45cm (18”). Spread: 40cm (16”).

In frost prone areas Gerbera Landscape plants are best grown in patio containers that can be moved to a bright, frost free position over winter. When growing gerberas in very mild areas, plant them in sheltered, sunny borders in fertile well drained soil. Add compost or well rotted manure to amend heavy clay or dry sandy soils.
Feed and water gerbera plants regularly throughout the growing season. Take care to avoid watering directly over the plant as this will cause the crown of the plant to rot. Cut back faded gerbera flowers from the base of the stem. In autumn, move containers of gerbera to a bright, frost free position for the winter. Reduce watering, keeping the compost just moist during winter months. Gerbera plants will require winter protection if grown in borders outdoors
