Description How to Grow More Info Delivery
Grown at the front of a ‘hot’ border, Geum ‘Fireball’ looks stunning with other bold, bright colours, its ruffled orange flowers contrasting well with blues and purples, and shining out among lime greens and yellows. The scallop-edged, semi double flowers last from May through to July and are loved by pollinating insects. They make great cut flowers, and are easy to grow in a sunny spot on well drained soil. Height and spread: 45cm (18").

Flowering Months
Water regularly until fully established. Dead-head faded geum flowers regularly to encourage more blooms to be produced. Remove old foliage in autumn. Apply a mulch of well rotted manure or garden compost to the base of the plant in spring. Lift and divide overcrowded clumps of Geum to maintain their vigour.
Grow Geums in a sunny or shaded position on any well drained soil.
