Sun-loving Helenium ‘Double Trouble’ is the first fully double Helen’s Flower. Its double daisy-like blooms of golden yellow seem to create their own sunshine in the later summer months, bringing colour to the garden from July to October. Also known as Sneezeweed, this is a great choice for wildlife gardens, attracting a variety of pollinating insects. Tall, branched stems make this a great plant for cutting too. Height: 80cm (31"). Spread: 60cm (24").

Flowering Months
Feed and water plants regularly until they are fully established. Deadhead faded helenium flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced. Divide overcrowded clumps of helenium in spring and apply a mulch of well rotted manure or garden compost to the base of the plant.
Helenium prefers a sunny position on reliably moist soil that is rich in organic matter.
