The ruffled foliage of Heuchera 'Can-can' is overlaid with a marbling of silver, with prominent dark grey veins. This vibrant perennial forms a dense mound of leaves that add a splash of colour to the front of borders. Delicate sprays of cream flowers attract pollinating insects to the garden in summer. This reliable variety holds an RHS AGM for its superb garden performance. With its bright evergreen foliage, it also makes a useful choice for providing colour in mixed winter containers on the patio. Height: 30cm (12"). Spread: 45cm (18").

Heuchera plants dislike soils which are particularly dry or have a tendency to waterlogging. Plant them in moist, fertile, well drained soil, adding plenty of compost or well rotted manure to amend heavy clay or sandy soils. Choose a position towards the front of the border in full sun or semi shade.

Feed and water coral flower plants regularly until they are fully established.Apply a mulch of well rotted manure around the crown of each plant each spring. Lift and divide clumps of heuchera plants every 3 years in autumn to maintain vigorous, healthy growth.
