Heuchera ‘World Caffe Americano’ is a delicious, frothy concoction of colour-changing foliage. The young leaves emerge pinkish, maturing through orange and copper shades before deepening to bronze. Individual plants display leaves in all their colour stages, creating a harmonious palette of varied shades. In late spring and summer, loose sprays of small white flowers are held well above the neat rosettes of scalloped foliage. Ideal for adding a long season of interest to border edges and shady corners or brightening container displays. Height and Spread: 40cm (16in).

Heuchera plants dislike soils which are particularly dry or have a tendency to waterlogging. Plant them in moist, fertile, well drained soil, adding plenty of compost or well rotted manure to amend heavy clay or sandy soils. Choose a position towards the front of the border in full sun or semi shade.

Feed and water coral flower plants regularly until they are fully established.Apply a mulch of well rotted manure around the crown of each plant each spring. Lift and divide clumps of heuchera plants every 3 years in autumn to maintain vigorous, healthy growth.
