Description How to Grow More Info Delivery
Hysoppus officinalis is a real multipurpose plant. You could use it en masse in the border or grow a few plants in the herb garden so you can utilise the edible flowers. Bees and butterflies will be attracted by Hyssop's electric blue flowers so a bushy low hedge in the kitchen garden will encourage pollination of your flowering veggies. The flowers are aromatic and long lasting and the foliage is evergreen. Height: 60cm (24"). Spread: 100cm (39").

Culinary information: Try hyssop as a refreshing tea or add it to soups and salads too. For more details about edible flowers click here.
