Bring an exotic feel to your patio this summer with this stunning evergreen shrub. Brazilian fuchsia produces a multitude of dangling, tubular blooms in two-tone shades of red and gold. This tropical beauty makes a superb feature for a patio container or conservatory. In very mild, frost free areas it can be grown in a sheltered sunny border. Also known as Justicia rizzinii, this tender shrub is best grown in a patio container in most parts of the UK. Containers can easily be moved to a heated greenhouse or conservatory during the winter months. Height and spread: 60cm (24”).

Grow Brazilian fuchsias in patio containers of good quality compost and position in a sunny or partially shaded spot. In very mild areas Brazilian Fuchsias may be grown in a sheltered, frost free border on any well drained soil in sun or semi shade.

Feed and water Brazilian fuchsia plants regularly. In early autumn, move containers to a bright, frosty free location such as a warm conservatory or heated greenhouse. Plants can be returned to their original position outdoors in late spring when all risk of frost has passed.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.

Orders for packets of seed incur a delivery charge of £2.99.
