From May to August, clusters of large, fragrant yellow flowers are borne on graceful arching stems. Jasminum humile 'Revolutum', also known as Italian Jasmine, makes a lovely free-standing shrub in borders, or train the stems against a wall as a climber. This fabulous semi-evergreen shrub has a prestigious RHS AGM. Height and spread: 2m (6.5'). Supplied in 9cm pots.

Grow jasmine plants on in warm frost-free conditions until large enough to plant outside in their final positions. Plant Jasminum humile 'Revolutum' in borders in any moist, well drained soil, although they will tolerate dry conditions. Position in a sunny site that is protected from cold winds in winter; a sunny site will produce the best fragrance. When growing Yellow Jasmine as a climber, be sure to provide the stems with an appropriate support such as trellis or wires attached to fences and pergolas.
Feed and water jasmine plants regularly throughout the growing season. Prune Jasminum humile after flowering by removing any old, damaged or overcrowded shoots. Cut back flowered shoots to strong buds lower down. On established plants prune out a fifth of the oldest stems to ground level to promote strong new growth.
