A brand new collection of red hot pokers, which thanks to recent breeding have broken tradition and flower all summer long from June to October! The architectural flower spikes, in shades of red, orange, yellow and cream are long-lasting and great for hot borders or tropical themed gardens. With compact habits and elegant grass-like foliage these superb Kniphofia plants are a neat and striking addition to beds, borders and patio containers.

Your plants will be selected from the following varieties:
Kniphofia 'Lemon Popsicle' - Architectural flower spikes in a clear lemon-yellow. Height: 60cm (24"). Spread: 40cm (16").
Kniphofia 'Mango Popsicle' - Bright orange flower spikes. Height: 75cm (24"). Spread: 45cm (18").
Kniphofia 'Orange Vanilla Popsicle' - Flower spikes graduate from red-orange at the top to creamy white at the bottom. Height: 60cm (24"). Spread: 40cm (16").
Kniphofia 'Papaya Popsicle' - Vibrant red-orange flowers spikes, the colour of ripe papaya, graduate to bright yellow at the base. Height: 60cm (24"). Spread: 45cm (18").

Torch lilies prefer a sunny or semi shaded position in fertile, moist, well drained soil. Work some well rotted manure or garden compost into the soil prior to planting.

Cut back faded Kniphofia flower heads in autumn and apply a mulch of well rotted manure to the base of the plant. Lift and divide clumps of Red Hot Pokers in spring every third year to maintain their vigour.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.

Orders for packets of seed incur a delivery charge of £2.99.

Orders which include any other products will incur a delivery charge of £6.99.

Where an order includes both packets of seeds and other products, a maximum delivery charge of £7.99 will apply - regardless of the number of items ordered.

Large items may incur a higher delivery charge - this will be displayed in your shopping basket.
