Lettuce 'Leaves Mixed' (Seeds)

• Sow March to September outdoors, or October to February indoors. Prepare outdoor seed bed by raking to a fine tilth, sow thinly, 13mm (1/2in) deep, in drills 23cm (9in) apart. Or sow into patio containers of multi-purpose compost, or into 7.5cm (3in) pots for indoor windowsill growing.
• Thin-out seedlings when they are large enough to handle, to 6mm (1/4in) apart. If sown in the garden, keep weed free and water well in dry periods.
• Harvest a few leaves from each plant regularly - 6 weeks from sowing in summer, 9-10 weeks from sowing in winter.
• Contents include: Lollo Rossa, Catalogna, Crisp Mint, Gruner Eishauptel, Little Gem, Red Salad Bowl, and Green Batavia blonde de Paris.

Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Orders for packets of seed incur a delivery charge of £2.99.

Orders which include any other products will incur a delivery charge of £6.99.

Where an order includes both packets of seeds and other products, a maximum delivery charge of £7.99 will apply - regardless of the number of items ordered.

Large items may incur a higher delivery charge - this will be displayed in your shopping basket.
