Although they are showy and robust, Lythrum are easy to grow, hardy perennials when grown in a moist border in full sun, where they are hard to beat for summer colour. Height: 90cm (36"). Lythrum is a versatile plant that will happily grow in any fertile, moist soil in full sun.Feed and water Loosestrife plants regularly until fully established. Remove faded flower heads before they set seed if seedlings are not required. Cut back old foliage in late autumn. Overcrowded clumps of Lythrum can be lifted and divided in spring.Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on.
