Heucheras are prized for their colourful, shapely foliage. Scalloped, semi-evergreen leaves form neat, spreading clumps in a fabulous array of colours – perfect for brightening up the front of borders or adding year round colour to patio containers. Throughout summer, these hardy perennials send up sprays of tiny flowers on wiry stems, which are loved by bees. With so many varieties to included, our collection is the perfect way to get your hands on some of the best cultivars at the cheapest prices!

This collection includes some of our most popular varieties. Height 30-45cm, Spread 30-40cm. Supplied as plug plants.

To ensure we can offer you such a good price, we cannot take orders for specific varieties, however we're sure you won't be disappointed with what you receive. You will receive at least three different varieties with your order.

Culinary information: The leaves can be tossed in with other greens for a mixed salad, typically too bitter to eat on their own, they will add a tangy kick to an otherwise bland salad. For more details about edible flowers click here.

6 heuchera plug plants (V57679)
3 heuchera plug plants (V58670)

Pot up Heuchera plug plants and grow them on in frost free conditions. When plugs are fully rooted into their pots, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days and transplant into borders and patio containers. Heuchera plants dislike soils which are particularly dry or have a tendency to waterlogging. Plant them in a moist, well drained soil, adding compost or well rotted manure to amend heavy clay or sandy soils. Choose a position towards the front of the border in full sun or semi shade.
Feed, water and weed between plants regularly until they are fully established. Apply mulch of well rotted manure around the crown of each plant in autumn or spring. Lift and divide clumps of Heuchera every 3 years in autumn to maintain vigorous, healthy growth.
