Osteospermum 'Blue Eyed Beauty' produces stunning daisy like yellow blooms. Each yellow petals turns to white at the centre and then a magenta pink tone creates a ring around the contrasting eye. Plant in sunny borders, beds or containers and watch the plants produce the stunning blooms from June through to September. If planted in a patio container it is recommended that these be moved to a sheltered spot over the winter period. Height and spread 40cm (16”).

Pot up osteospermum daisies and grow them on in frost free conditions until plants are well grown. When plants are well developed and all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days before planting them outdoors into borders and patio containers. Grow osteospermum plants in any well drained soil in a warm, sheltered position in full sun. African Daisies dislike cold wet soils. Improve heavy soil prior to planting by adding plenty of coarse grit.

Feed and water Osteospermum plants regularly throughout the growing season. Deadhead faded Osteospermum flowers throughout the flowering period to encourage more blooms to be produced.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on.
