Description How to Grow More Info Delivery Reviews
A rare cross between an herbaceous peony and a tree peony has created this stunning intersectional hybrid. The result is a statuesque Itoh Peony with an upright bushy habit, and long lasting golden, cup shaped blooms reminiscent of its tree peony parentage. Peony 'Everlasting Treasure' makes a captivating addition to herbaceous borders and a superb cut flower. Height: 75cm (30"). Spread: 150cm (59"). Supplied as 2/3 eye bareroot.

Culinary information: The petals can be added to salads, or cooked slightly and sweetened for a treat. Peony water was also once considered a delicacy and the blooms can be floated in punches. For more details about edible flowers click here.

Flowering Months
Feed and water regularly until peony plants are fully established. Remove faded peony flowers and cut back old foliage in autumn. In spring, apply a mulch of well rotted manure or compost to the base of the plant.
Caution: All parts of Peonies are harmful if eaten. Grow peonies in sun or semi shade, in well drained soil. Peonies prefer a rich fertile soil, so add plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil prior to planting, ensuring that it is mixed in thoroughly and deeply. Plant herbaceous peonies at a depth of around 5cm (2”) below the soil surface. Planting too deeply may delay flowering.
