It has Horse Chestnut like leaves, with 2 foot stems emerging from them with small star-shaped pink flowers in large conical panicles in summer. It looks great planted alongside Hostas and Ferns. Height: 2m (6.6') Spread: 1m (39").

Rodgersia plants thrive in sun or dappled shade, on rich, moist, well-drained soil. It is worth protecting the young foliage as it may be susceptible to slug damage.Cut back the old foliage in autumn and apply a mulch of well rotted manure to the base of the plant. Lift and divide overcrowded clumps of Rodgersia in spring.Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above.
