A pair of Floribunda Roses that are perfect for garden borders and planters. Rose 'For Your Eyes Only' was named Rose of the year 2015, and Rose 'Eye of the Tiger' is a cultivar that combines the vigour of modern breeding with the charm of wild roses. Both are vigorous growers, with good resistance to disease.

Collection comprises:

Rose 'For Your Eyes Only' - Subtle fragrance and dusky pink-orange, flowers that bloom throughout summer and into autumn. The perfect ground cover and container rose. Height: 90cm (35"). Spread: 90cm (36").
Rose 'Eye of the Tiger' - Semi double, apricot yellow flowers that are splashed with red in their centres. You can, train the compact stems up short supports. Height and spread: 90cm (36").

Culinary note: Some parts of these flowers are edible. Rosehips and petals can be used in making syrups and the petals will add flavour to cold drinks or fruit dishes. For more details about edible flowers click here.

Plant bareroot roses at the earliest opportunity following delivery. To avoid the risk from the build-up of harmful soil organisms and disease, choose an open position in full sun that has not been planted with roses in recent years. Roses enjoy a rich, fertile, well drained soil. Dig in plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil prior to planting roses and add a small handful of granular fertiliser to the planting hole.

Feed and water rose plants regularly and deadhead faded flowers. When growing roses it is necessary to remove any suckers that arise from the base of the plant, below the graft union. In winter, begin pruning floribunda roses by removing dead and diseased wood, and any rubbing or damaged branches. Then reduce the stems to 20cm (10") above ground level. Side shoots should be reduced to two buds. Apply a mulch of well rotted manure or compost to the base of the plant after pruning.
