You can see why we've nicknamed Sandersonia the 'Golden Lily of the Valley'. More exotic than our native species, but just as hardy, Sandersonia is a little-known variety that has become a popular premium cut flower in recent years. Relaxed, informal, plants that can’t make up their mind if they are climbers or not! As flower stems develop, occasional tendrils are produced to hold them upright. Preferring cool conditions in summer, the hanging golden lanterns will brighten up shady corners where others fail to thrive. Height: 75cm (30"). Spread 15cm (6")

Allow leaves to die back naturally after flowering to allow them to provide nourishment of hr plant. .The plants can be lifted and stored over winter to protect them from frost, alternatively protect with a thick mulch and fleece.
