Flowering Months

3 x 2 litre potted stokesia plants (KC4559)
1 x 2 litre potted stokesia plant (KC4558)

Plant Stokesia in moist well-drained soil in full sun. Stokesia prefers an acid soil. Where soil pH is more alkaline, grow Stokesia in containers using an ericaceous compost. Avoid wet soils which may cause Stoke’s Asters to rot.
Feed and water Stokesia regularly while establishing. The stems benefit from staking to prevent them flopping over when in full flower. Deadhead regularly to encourage more blooms.
