Delightful quilled, pompom blooms adorn these neat perennial daisies from February to May, making a refreshing change to traditional spring bedding plants. Flowering in shades of red, pink and white, Bellis 'Bellisima Mixed' makes a pretty addition to beds, window boxes and containers where they will bloom non-stop. Height and spread: 20cm (8").

Garden Ready Plants - If you’ve fallen behind with your planting or if greenhouse space is limited, we can help you catch up with our garden-ready plug plants. These sturdy plants are larger than other plugs so they can be planted straight out in the garden provided that there are no forecasts of frost. Perfect for filling containers, baskets and borders without the need for growing on.

Culinary information: Using masses of individual petals makes a colourful garnish for soups and salads. The petals are useful for decorating cakes and biscuits too! For more details about edible flowers click here.

Pot up Bellis plug plants and grow them on in cool frost-free conditions. When Bellis plugs are fully rooted into their pots, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days and transplant into beds and patio containers. Plant Bellis in well drained soil in full sun or semi shade. Garden Ready plug plants can be planted straight out in the garden provided that there are no forecasts of frost.
Feed and water Bellis plants frequently throughout the growing season to ensure an endless supply of flowers. Deadhead faded Bellis flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.

Van Meuwen strives to ensure that all its plants are delivered to you in the perfect condition for planting. While the majority of our nursery plants cope well with slight delays in intransit, sadly, the time it takes to deliver to certain locations in the UK means that we can't guarantee this for some of our smaller plug products and tender bedding and vegetable lines, which do not respond well to the extra journey time. So regretfully while we offer the majority of our live plant offering nationwide, we are unable to ship plugs, begging plants and tender vegetable plants to the following areas: HS, IV41-IV49, IV51, IV55-56, KW15-KW17, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-PA78, PA80, PH40-PH44, TR21-TR24, ZE1-ZE3.
