Pot up plug plants and grow them on for transplanting into window boxes, containers and beds later on. Grow pansies on in a cool, bright position. When fully rooted into their pots, gradually acclimatise pansies to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days prior to planting them in their final positions.
Plant pansies directly into containers and borders in any moist well drained soil. Choose a position in full sun or semi shade. Feed and water plants frequently.Deadhead faded pansy flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.

  1. Mixed Pansy

    By Norman Coup 17-09-2011

Another winner from Van Meuwen replanted as instructed and looking forward to placing them in final growing places. Had some left and gave them to local school. Gardener really gratefull because he was struggling to think of something to fill a space. He is really keen to let the children look after them and eventually see the array of colour they produce
