Plant plugs of Petunia surfinia directly into flower pouches or grow them on for transplanting into baskets and containers later on. Grow petunia plants on in a warm frost free position. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise plants to outdoor conditions, over a period of 7 to 10 days before planting out in a sunny position.
Feed and water petunia plants regularly, particularly during hot, dry periods. Deadhead faded petunia flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced and extend their vibrant display.

  1. Small and medium plugs

    By ELIZABETH CLARKE 18-05-2017

Have tried small plugs but not very successful, lost most of the trailing lobellia and half of the trailing begonia. The bigger plugs surfinia are doing well, have them in my hanging baskets and are healthy and strong. I'm just waiting for my next order. Very pleased with these. Bigger plugs most definitely especially when on an offer
