Muscari bulbs should be planted outdoors in October and November, with the pointed end facing upwards, at a depth of approximately 10cm (4”). Choose a sunny or semi shaded position in moist, free draining soil. Muscari look particularly eye-catching when grown in drifts in borders and rockeries. Cast the bulbs across the area and plant them where they land for a really natural effect.When growing muscari, it is essential to allow their foliage to die back naturally before removing it. This will help to feed the bulb and ensure another cheery display next spring.Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on.
