Delivery Information View Product DescriptionLoading...Description More Info DeliveryAmaranthus caudatus or Love Lies Bleeding is an unusual and eye-catching annual that will bring an exotic feel to any seasonal display. Countless tiny, densely packed rich crimson flowers form long tassels that drip from the branches. Admired by all who see it, this striking plant is perfect for adding height and colour to borders throughout summer and early autumn. The flowers last well after being cut and are great for adding to fresh or dried arrangements.
Culinary note: The leaves are very nutritious and can be cooked like spinach or used as salad greens. The seeds can be treated as a gluten-free grain – Amaranthus flour is common.
