Description How to Grow More Info Delivery
A stunning variety, 'Grandaisy Pink' is an innovative cross between Argyranthemum and Chrysanthemum coronarium. With the best traits of both parents these create neat and buhsy plants making these perfect for superb patio plants. Like both parents these are free flowering throughout the summer and will begin flowering early in the season. Each stunning bloom is candy pink in colour and surrounds a dark eye which is highlighted by a ring of raspberry red at the centre of each bloom. Both heat and cold tolerant these will tolerate even the most changable of weathers. A great choice for long lasting colour, perfect for planting in patio pots or dotting through sunny borders. Height and spread: 40cm (16").

When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise argyranthemum plants to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days. Plant them out in well drained soil in sunny borders. Alternatively, grow Argyranthemum in patio containers using good quality compost such as John Innes No. 2.
Feed and water regularly throughout the growing season. Deadhead faded Argyranthemum flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced. In autumn, move container-grown plants to a bright frost free position and reduce watering. In spring, prune back stems to within an inch of the previous year’s growth. Border grown plants are unlikely to survive the winter outside in all but the mildest areas.

Van Meuwen strives to ensure that all its plants are delivered to you in the perfect condition for planting. While the majority of our nursery plants cope well with slight delays in intransit, sadly, the time it takes to deliver to certain locations in the UK means that we can't guarantee this for some of our smaller plug products and tender bedding and vegetable lines, which do not respond well to the extra journey time. So regretfully while we offer the majority of our live plant offering nationwide, we are unable to ship plugs, begging plants and tender vegetable plants to the following areas: HS, IV41-IV49, IV51, IV55-56, KW15-KW17, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-PA78, PA80, PH40-PH44, TR21-TR24, ZE1-ZE3.
