Delivery Information View Product DescriptionLoading...Description More Info DeliveryBeetroot ‘Jolie’ F1 is a versatile, late maturing variety, suitable for baby beet and has excellent storage qualities due to its higher brix level. A vigorous variety which establishes early, with dense leaf growth providing weed-supressing ground cover. Produces deep red, uniform, round beets with strong tops.

When growing beetroot, water as necessary to prevent the soil from drying out and keep the plants cool and moist. This will help to avoid plants running to seed. Roots can be lifted at any time from June to October once they have reached 1" diameter or more. Harvest any remaining crops before the first frosts. Beetroot can be stored until mid spring in boxes of moist sand in a frost free shed or garage.
Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.
